What are modes of payments of order and delivery of product?

We only process orders upon on line payment through international recognized and secured payment gateways. We process your order only when we receive the payment in our bank account.

What are delivery zones in India ?

We provide delivery throughout India for all online products specified in Delivery Zones in India (nationally) only. There are certain areas where Service of Blue dart is not available .Pl refer to delivery zone for cities where deliveries are made prior to purchase of the product.

How long does it take to deliver order nationally and internationally ?

Similarly it shall take 8-12 days to deliver a product out side India at your doorstep (excluding Sundays and other Holidays) in India after the day your payment are through and cleared .

Do you deliver every where internationally and in remote areas too?

We do deliver almost everywhere.

But there are certain remote areas which take a bit longer to deliver. For international Orders remote area charges are applicable where direct service is not available. Minimum remote handlings Charges of 20 USD onwards are applicable. But these charges varies as per courier company’s notification and bye laws .Such orders takes extra days to deliver the product.

For areas you have doubts of delivery destination or already faced delays from other websites, Pl writes to us prior to booking of order. Only after confirmation from our side, buy the product on line.

Shipping Weight and products weights are different so how do you charge for shipping ?

Our charges are based on volume of the particular product(s) . Shipping is calculated on Volumetric Weight of the product or the product weight which ever is higher. If you buy multiple products or a product in multiples , total shipping charges shall be cumulative total of the each product’s volumetric weight or the total product(s) weight which ever is higher. This is as per shipping philosophy from any standard Courier.

How to ensure product I am ordering shall reach in time ?

If you need delivery on stipulated date or before , you have to book your order 6-7 days before .

What if the product is not delivered in time or not delivered at all during normal deliveries or deliveries during festival occasions ?

The company will not cover delivery delays due to customer unavailability or if the given address is not valid. So to avoid further error or delays in shipment you are requested to submit your correct & complete details of your address followed by pin code & landmark to reach the address .Also provide shipper telephone number to enable timely delivery of the product...

During festival time Delivery within 3-4 days may/may not be not possible, if you are placing your order for any Festival like Rakhi/Deepawali/New Year/Valentine 5 -6 days before the Occasion. It will reach to Shipper Address before or on the Special Occasion/Festival day. But in case if you have placed your order just before 3-4 days before Festival. We won’t be able to provide you delivery on Festival day or before. This order may reach late .So to avoid such delays , book the order 6-7 days before specially for festivals or big occasions.

What is the return policy for perishable items ?

For perishable items delivery shall be made only once. If the items is not delivered due to wrong address or the person at destination address is not available or their premises is closed or locked or refusal to accept the parcel .No refund of money, or products being perishable in nature , in such cases shall be entertained.

What shall happen to un-delivered Products nationally and internationally ?

For shipping nationally in India , if products are to be re-delivered due to customer unavailability or if the given address is not right ,Customers shall be notified thru e mail for non delivery with reason .For re-delivery customer shall have to again bear to and fro charges to re-deliver the product. In such cases they have to contact our customer Care help desk. Returned and un-claimed product queries shall not be entertained after 1 month of ordering the product (Non perishable Items). .

For international deliveries it shall not be possible to redeliver and return the products too as it is not possible to get the product back to India and re-deliver.

Who is to bear the octroi charges if any ?

Person at the receiving end is to bear octroi charges if applicable. Product shall only be delivered once he/She pay the due charges. If denies , product shall be termed as non-delivered due to receiver unwillingness. In such cases no refunds / re-delivery to the same or other address shall be made.

What if product is received in damaged condition or the product is defective ?

We take utmost care that product are proper and reaches you safely .We do extra cushioning and packing to protect the product during shipment. Despite this if the product is received in damaged in shipment, we shall not take any responsibility for replacement. .

Similarly if the product is defective , but it rarely happens ,we shall replace it (but not damaged products during transit ) .If the same product is not available we shall refund the money after deducting due handling charges if any. We shall accept the product only if it is in proper packing and accompanied with invoice sent along with product .customer Shall arrange for sending such products at own cost.

What if the exact product which you have selected is not delivered at your end ?

We guarantee to deliver the exact product which you have selected. We shall try our best to deliver the same product or alternate but better product of the same kind and quality if the ordered product is not available..
